fixed the leak guys come to find out my buddie that helped me only hand tightened the 2 bolts connecting header to cats ..... granted we were up till 5am doing this .....PITA by the way.... but none the less worth it. I plan to work on a video tommoro since the weather in va finally doesn't suck :cheers:

Yes the headers were a big PITA lol. Once you take the stock ones off your like "this is going to be easy" but once you start installing the new ones your like "f*** this sucks" lol but it's worth it they are a great mod for the price.

Erf I'm in the Hampton roads area Smithfield to be exact...... And yes we hit that point of this ain't to bad then it was like we both wanted to kill each other but very very much worth it the low end gain is incredible car feels like it so much smoother now and the drone is almost replaced with a subtle rumble v8 sound

So the power gain is fairly noticeable? More low RPM power?

I am going to be removing my LT headers soon and going back to the stock cats. Cheaper alternative to get my tune right then continuing on with LT's. I am considering going to shorty headers after.

What tuning issues were you having with your LT headers? I've always read long-tubes have an overall advantage over short-tubes.

Interested in this as well. I know on the 11-14 cars BBKs ate 02 sensors due to having to extend them.

Basically LT headers without cats exceeds the stock fuel tables. Now every time I hit an RPM between 2750-3000 under heavy load the car will stutter/hesitate due to lack of fuel. Torrie cannot correct this issue without having the car to test. He would have to rebuild the fuel tables/calculations. Seeings how he is in Florida and I am in Maryland that makes things rather difficult...

Ah ok got ya, thank you for the response. Hopefully with time he can remote tune for long tubes better. Even on my 4 cylinder Duratec ZX3 a long tube makes a huge difference especially combined with a 3" exhaust and no cats, I can only imagine what it would do for a 3.7 with much more volume to work with.
