First and foremost, big thanks to Shawn from Corsa, the big guys at hypermotive for always helping a brother mod his stang and Atticus who kindly lent his time and mufflers for this video.
I believe most of you have already heard the damage that Corsa, attached to a set of headers, can do to your ears. As fantastic as it is to drive your very own NASCAR around town... It's not practical for some of us Californians. Actually it's pretty much illegal for us to modify our systems at all. I can include the codes and laws and what not but you can look them up yourselves. It's really up to the discretion of the law enforcement in your town.
Here's a few clips of it:
Many of you know, I started having issues with my volume. I had a chance to help install Atticus' sport catback on his mustang.
For those of you who don't know, Corsa released a new system which is precisely geared towards people like me who went with long tube headers, or for the mild mannered drivers who are considerate to their fellow road companions. The new sport system contains the double X and touring mufflers. The extreme consist of the double X and the sport mufflers.
Here is a side by side by side comparison of each system, as well as a full system.
Atticus is extremely happy with his sport system. He was not willing to trade me because he feels the xtreme is too much for him. The sport does indeed have its own tone. I love both and personally, the sport catback with headers is absolutely perfect.
***DO NOT MISUNDERSTAND***
The xtreme with headers is the most phenomenal sound I've heard at WOT. It's "xtremely" beautiful. But here in CA we have our wonderful laws and restrictions that don't allow us to make racecars.
I've decide to give the middle finger to the world a stick with my xtreme system, that is unless one of you decide that your sports aren't loud enough
))))
AGAIN HUGE THANKS TO SHAWN AND THE FELLAS FROM HYPERMOTIVE!! Your only source for the new Corsa sport catbacks
