Will be great to get them on the track at the same time, same day and see how close they are in performance too.

Love to see them optioned out as close as possible. Meaning.....as few options that can be had and then weighed.

Have you seen them side by side?
In profile most people wouldn't know which was which.

Key difference and advantage is the Mustang's footprint. It is near optimal and is slightly better than the C7 Z51. However, the Corvette has a lot of other things going for it.

The Camaro has a family sedan footprint and a God aweful 110.7 inch wheelbase. The BMW fans cried fowl when BMW went from 107 to 110. It changed the car dramatically... Now, if you look at the track increases in the GT350, the footprint becomes even closer to optimal. The new Camaro would need a 75/77inch track to do what the S550 does. Even then it's on a 110.7 inch wheelbase. It needs to be 107.1...

I mean this is one opinion.

I just don't see how you can confuse the two on the road. Completely different styles.

And the numbers will speak for themselves once the embargo lifts.

Good Lord! How can a person see out of that Camaro?
Exactly! I have looked at other pictures online with people sitting in there and wondered, how in the hell can you see out of the damn car? My mom, who is 4' 10" would be able to see out of the side windows and likely no one else.
