Rachel: My first reaction was "Noooo!". But then I thought it over and realized that Ford has used you as their substitute scapegoat...all of our complaints come to you. And you have no where to get the answers from the Ford corporate blank wall. Please get some rest and know that we have appreciated everything you have tried to do to help us.

P.S. They’ve taken me off of customer assistance though … so make sure you’re nicer to the boys. :lol: LOL; I promise it’s only because that was the open position. I am switching over to the marketing side of things.
