If I was the owner of this dealership, I would probably fire this guy.

It's the fact that he is an employee that represents the company and he is bad-mouthing the brand/car during company time and in a customers car...you can have your own opinions about it and keep them to yourself.

But...

Once it airs out and it's public...that becomes the problem and it brings a negative reputation to dealership itself....which likely results the loss of some customers and money to the dealership. If I lived locally, I know I would no longer go to that dealership because of the unprofessional character of that one employee.

I would bet if most of you guys were business owners of any sort and had an employee say something similar about your company product...he would be gone real quick.

I don't really see the big deal, he obviously knew the cam was there and was probably having a little fun. Made some funny comments and a bunch of repetitive this is fucking junk comments. Shit it sounds like any one of you fools talking about Camaro, Challenger, or other competition being shit and junk. Probably someone from the vs section.

In my opinion, I doubt he knew it was recording. Probably not the most tech savvy guy. I didn't see him abuse the car in anyway, and he wasn't directly disrespectful to a customer (that he knew of) I think all of us have bad mouthed a customer or product when we thought we were alone. As long as he didn't hurt the car, who cares what his opinion is. Bigger things to worry about, let it go
