So I have my ecoboost mustang and I actually love it, it reminds of a lot of my mkiv supra. So much so that now I want one again....

So here is my question, when my lease is up, do buy my next ecoboost and put all my parts from this one on it and get the big turbo kit and love it? Or do I get another mkiv supra.

Supra will cost 25-30k eith 80k miles to well over 100k....

Eco mustang will cost 26k brand new with the way I want to order my next one....

This question is plaguing me..........I always plan in advance so I can achieve my goals which is why I'm thinking about this so ahead of the game

Get the Stang! Supras are great, but you're still talking about a 20 year old or older car with 100k miles. Toyota or not, it just won't be reliable long term without some serious work. Plus, they'll be about the same and you can get nice modern features on the stang like a ton of airbags, and other safety shit along with MID, 8" screen, etc.

Yea I actually love my 2015 ecoboost. Right now mine is a premium with lots of options and PP, the next one if I get a mustang again, will be as follows

Oxford white
Performance package
Base with cloth recaros.

That's the way I would want to order one to buy and keep. Then I would modify the sound system a little bit to make it nice, and then throw my exhaust on it and get the big turbo kit and blast around enjoying life lol.

With the supra I would have targa top and probably clear about 550 horse lol

You're right about the age though, damn the supra is getting old

As much as I love a clean Supra......you can beat the piss out of the Mustang and it won't give you any grief. A Supra...I feel you'll always be repairing or on the verge of repairing something.

I wouldn't want to drive a Supra often, either, because of bad roads and bad drivers. I have no problem hopping in the Mustang and tearing it up.

Also, I saw a Magnetic Performance Pack Eco at Speedway on Cherry Hill and Wayne in Westland yesterday around 5:30, was that you?

I loved the 90's Japanese turbo cars. Had a 300ZX TT I still regret getting rid of. The difference (besides technology and time) is the V6 of the Supra can make a lot more power than the EcoBoost... but you know what they are like to drive... you've had one. Mod the hell out of the EcoBoost and create new memories unless you really always need a Supra in your life.

The Supra engine may make more ultimate power with modifications, but you're still going to be riding on a 20-year-old suspension with 20-year-old technology and doing without things such as modern electronics and a factory warranty.

Now, if you'd mentioned, say, an FD Mazda RX-7 my advice may be different.

Love the RX7's (had a 1988) ... so sure, get that one as well ... as long as you practice replacing apex seals :)

I was considering buying my 4th Honda S2000 as a garage car and keeping my 2015 Acura TLX. I decided to buy the Mustang GT. Man, I've owned 18 Honda/Acura/Toyota/Lexus's and this is the first car to put a smile on my face while driving since my last S2000. Well done Ford.

i know my next car is gonna be another mustang, im hoping by the time that i buy one they have a different ecoboost besides the 2.3 even though i love this one it would be nice to have a slightly bigger one. Maybe some trickle down from the f150s for the 3.5?

bruh, get dat ecoboost. Supra is a monster and all but its so over done now, build a ecoboost that can compete with them and show people whats up.
