Because ALL companies that make a product with dangerous side effects are out of business right?

It's just funny to see people hate over caliper covers lol come pay my loan you can take them off . The brake fade claim is complete bs and would only possibly affect a track car
WTF does car loan have anything to do with it. A lease, ok maybe can't paint them.

So you have to pay your loan but went and spent $200 on rice covers, 10 times what paint costs, instead of $20 in ceramic paint with the wheels off already. Any more lame duck excuses?

That's a very compelling story. Let me type that up on my invisible typewriter.

Man it sounds like even with proof u won't listen hope u enjoy your caliper covers. While u do run that, the rest of us will paint ours and actually look good. Also what does a loan have anything to do with anything. Most of us on here have liens with our cars, so no idea what that is brought up for.

Because if you don't make the payments you really can't talk shit about another persons car
So if we don't make a payment we can't have an opinion???? So you don't make opinions on stuff you do not own? I would call BS completely on that, sounds to me like u don't like criticism.

It's ok, kid deleted all of his posts anyways.

Only an idiot would deny in the face of the evidence Googling the issue or the youtube video I posted (among many) from shops saying DONT USE THESE THEY CAN CAUSE BRAKE FADE. They arent saying it for their health, but from experience. It's not simply it looks rice as hell, but a potential safety issue. Why risk a $30-40k car over a $20 can of paint

But poster knows better than everyone I suppose  and "the company wouldn't be in business if the product wasn't safe" Yup all companies make 100% safe products, and the "bad" ones all go out of business

I'm planning on just upgrading to what you PP guise have. :)
I am too lazy to do anything to them cosmetically.

I plan on doing this too when it's time for new pads though. Cant' justify it yet with only 3k miles on the car.

The calipers are only about $250 a piece and the PP rotors $100 a piece. Then just get pads since I will need them anyways

agree with a big NO to caliper covers... didn't even know people would consider putting that junk on real 4 or 6 piston calipers.

Just to correct the "rice" comments though... I've seen way more of the big3 produced vehicles rolling around with the awesome 6 pot pretender caliper covers on their single piston sliders and old-school Buick style stick-on fender "vents" on non-Buick rides, than I have on any of the import cars on this Coast. Maybe I'm not looking in the right places though. :)

Mmmm mmmm sweet ridez!
