I installed the brace on Sunday. Installation was pretty simple. You will need a t60 Torx or 12mm Allen. so make sure to have these before installation. as far as installation goes, I could not get the spacers all the way in the hole because there is metal tap inside of the sub frame that you have to bend and break off in order to get the spacer all the way in. Other than that, It was pretty easy afterwards.

The car feels much tighter up front same goes to the steering feel. Really an awesome mod! thank you Steeda and CJ pony.

I still have couple of steeda parts that I will finish installing. rear support, alignment kit and bump steer kit.

Awesome! Glad to hear that you can feel a beneficial difference. I just ordered this along with Steeda's stage one linear handling package and "stop the hop" package and rear diff bushings. Can't wait to install all of it!

just make sure to break those medal tabs off and pull it out. You can do it with your finger. When you insert the spacers, Use a needle nose to move it around by holding on the cable that is attached to the spacer.

I did not cut off the cable because I might have to take out the brace down the road.

Just FYI for steeda, when i went to install my g trac brace the allen bolts for the front did not thread into the k member, but instead passed all the way through the hole. Not a big deal because there was enough bolt sticking through the top to thread a nut on, but i thought you guys should know in case ford is changing the way they manufacture the mustangs k member.

Maybe you had a smaller bolt? Was it 12mm?

I'm sure it was the right sized bolt, it was strange because the holes for the bolts were different sizes in the k member. The passenger side bolt almost threaded, but had to much slack which made the bolt wiggle around and the driver side hole the bolt just passes right through without touching the edges of the hole..
