Yeah youd def need some port matching on the 5.0 heads to run the gt350 intake. However, i would not be surprised if there was a ford racing intake available in the future based off the gt350 intake but will bolt up to 15+ 5.0 without any modification to ports and such.. thats what I would do if I was ford performance. Mass produced intakes will be cheaper than buying reproduction gt350 intakes, similar to the idea of buying the cobra jet intake from ford racing vs buying a legit oem cobra jet intake from ford parts lol.

Someone from Ford on here push this idea if its not moving forward already, I want dem intakes plz!! :clap2:

Phil over in the Forced induction area is running a Boss intake on his Procharged 15 already. This has been done already for you non-modders.

First of all. If you are Taylor Swift I have two things for you.

You are fucking crazy and your music sucks.

My point was that there are a lot of sub'd in here and this has already been done in another part of the board. All the trials and tribulations. Motor mounts to hood clearance.

Thank you for reminding us about what we found out in page 1.
I don't know how any of us would have found out a Boss IM fits a 2015 if it weren't for you and Phil over in the Forced induction area.

They are talking about the GT350 intake in the head pictures. Not the Boss as the thread title states.

If you do research on the Boss intake you have to do a few extra mods to get the full benefit. Larger cold air, throttle body, and headers plus tuning. Now on the 15 you have to lower the motor as well. Spend another grand and you are getting close to entry level superchargers. I would rather have a supercharger.

I think Phil did not use lowered mounts and cut his hood underneath.

We discussed that in the last manifold thread. Most dont want to hack up their hood. They want to see how much of gain they get to know if the boss manifold is worth the hassel. everyone knows it can fit, the question for most is if its worth it.

Take a look at this. The cams they put in this engine are the exact same specs as the 2015 Mustang stock cams. Also keep in mind the 2015 shares the same valves as the boss as well, similar heads. This could potentially be how well the 2015 performs with full bolt ons and the ford racing manifold installed, I guarantee even with the Boss manifold, it would make in the 460s on 93 octane.
