I installed my Corsa extreme about two weeks ago. Loving everything about it. On highway speeds absolutely no drone. I do a good amount of highway driving so no drone is a huge deal for me. I do start my car in the garage in the morning. It seems to echo in the garage and I feel bad for the neighbors for about the first thirty seconds or so, but no way I'm pushing the car outside every morning. Had a neighbor ask me if I really just took a perfectly good, brand new exhaust off to make more noise. I laughed and said yes. I try and not be an asshole when in the neighborhood because it can get pretty loud with a flick of the right foot. It took me a while to make a decision on an exhaust and would make the same choice if I had to again! Absolutely love it!

My car is due in Jan.. funny thing is i am actually looking forward to this sound more than the actual car :)

I am planning on driving my car from the dealer to my mechanic to have it installed before i take it home..

Nice, you will love it. Sounds even better in person. I was on the stock exhaust for the first 2500 miles and couldn't take it anymore. So I pulled the trigger. So glad I did.

I drive with my windows up 99.99% of the time...just always been a habit of mine. A few weeks ago, I drove with my windows down......and Holy shit!!! I didn't know how loud the exhaust is, until then.

I think it irritates drivers on the road though, especially other sports cars. I've been getting quite a few cars drive up on me and try to race me lately lol

Just wait until I get some headers on haha

I wouldn't change a thing about the exhaust, love it!

Windows down unless it's raining. I love love love the sound. 105' heat is tolerable with the sweet sound of Corsa. I'm so glad others are starting to see the light. I can't wait until I order mine. It's hard to find time during the day since I'm at work, and when I go in, or get out everyone is closed :(

This sucks, I was hoping it was louder. :(
Okay to clarify, if you are rowing the gears and accelerating to 2k RPM's it's louder and sounds like a mustang should. Anyone around you will notice you while you row the gears however fast. However if you are cruising in any gear (Constant RPM), you can BARELY hear it.

I daily drive this so that was a must for me, but sometimes I get sad that I can't hear it.... so I downshift:headbang:

I need more noise personally, and that's what headers are for. I know my next mod:D

Exactly, I don't go WOT very often, I would hate to sound just barely louder than stock.

saying a corsa is like a stock exhaust is funny. Yes its quieter on the highway but man this thing screams from 2-4K RMP, best of both worlds IMO.

Yea wherever this stock idea is coming from it's completely wrong. I'm saying that inside the cabin, you will hear almost nothing as you stay constant RPM. I don't know about you, but I rarely stay constant RPM other than long distance highway. You can hear it below 2k RPM for sure, and i don't know about you but I couldn't hear stock exhaust at all below 2k RPM. However when you get 2.5-3.5k RPM its mean. 3.5 and on, it gets louder and just the right bit of rasp.

however if you find something that sounds any better at any RPM with no drone, I'm sure there would be demand. Don't get it if it's not what you'd love, as you will hear it day in day out. :headbang:

Yea I agree, it's very practical, yet insanely mean.

Just had a guy pull up to me at a red light and asked if this is how it sounded stock. I told him no, and he said it sounded awesome.

IF only we could get cars from the factory to sound like this, but you can thank our wonderful government for flushing coolness right down the drain along with our tax money.
