How do I find out if I have the 8.8" IRS? My '15 is not a PP only a premium. The code on the door says GG - which probably means 3.31...

Thinking of upgrading to 3.73 soon.

Thanks for the confirmation! So this means I got 8.8" IRS? I was over at CJPP's website earlier and I wanted to order the parts already.

New to mustangs and I'm learning already thanks to you guys.

I would test drive a Mustang with 3.73 gears and see what you think. I love my 3.73, yea I shit a bit more but that's what I like plus a bit more torque.

I myself try to keep things to a maximum of twice a day. Not sure how I'd feel about going more than that. To each their own. :)

I actually did. I loved it but sadly I wasn't able to drive on the highway. My 3.31 the highway on the other hand is really good but I want more power taking off.

Thanks. I was confused with other information on the seller's website even mentioning 3.15
If I remember right, the only Mustangs with 3.15:1 gearing are V6s with no ratio options checked with either transmission type, and any other Mustang running an automatic with no ratio options checked. Manual Ecoboosts and GTs default to 3.31:1.

I'm glad to read this. Going with 3.73 then in a few weeks.
