It's not. They did it for the 14 and 15 configurator a year ago, but the 15 configurator was a mess until September or so. They obviously want to focus folks on currently-available product.

I do know some salesmen at my dealership that will treat you right, and best believe I used one of them to order my vehicle. Shoulda seen the other guys when I called across the showroom to him

I do not know where you guys getting the information that the QNX would be "updatable" via WiFi? If the QNX is like the units in the Chrysler Group, updates are made via USB stick. I for my person would never ever update via WiFi. What would you do if you have only 50% and the connection get lost? Calling a tow truck? Remember. QNX units are used in other cars for the whole car software. That's why there is NO OFF switch on this units. As soon you start the car, the radio units are on. The most annoying thing IMO. So I am happy with the 2015 MySync - if there where a switch to "switch off" the screen by night.

go to settings (on home screen) look for mode...You have 4 options auto day night and OFF. Hope this solves your issue.

Yes that's fair.

However on the flip side, I went to build my car online, and I didn't even see the options for the new Luster Nickel PP wheels, for example, so I didn't get them. If a consumer wants to build their own car, at this point, it will be a '16, and they don't list a few of the '16 MY options.

tbh I'm just upset I didn't get the luster wheels. hahaha

Can't you change your order? Is yours a stock order that has been scheduled?

Ford updated their build & price web portal. It looks different but it still doesn't mention the 2016 model... yet. Still, it's different, so I think that's promising. C'mon already, Ford! I wanna build a '16. Now.
