I do think they add one nice benefit: Being able to easily get into your car when you can't open the door because even tho you park way to the side of the parking space line some asshat still has to come and park over the side of the line next to you leaving you barely enough space to open the door.

Hate for that guy to end up with a blade in his tire :cheers:

Beautiful cars, however, those cars were engineered my the manufacturer to operate in that manner. I don't think anyone at Ford was like "well what if they put scissor doors on this mustang, will it seal and operate as intended" I don't know if you could ever trust another car wash again much less a rain shower.

I'd be happy if we could just get Ford to put in door detents that stop the door before hitting the car in the space next to me, instead of right at the point of impact.

what does posting these (scissor doors on exotics) have to do with scissor doors on a mustang? You can put them on anything. Doesn't mean you should.

Gull Wing Doors have been around a long time. Not just on lambos. IF IT MAKES YOUR DICK HARD, THEN GO AHEAD AND PUT THEM ON YOUR CAR. don't care about what other people say. they don't have them. don't let keyboard warriors change your mind about a mod you want on YOUR car.

That is so.....so.....just eeewwww. That is very "import" and doesnt scream classy on these cars. That would soooo look out of place, and just another thing to break and have the door laying on the ground when it does.

They always look cheesy on the hondas and other such imports or the big 'ole Buick Regals on Leather Wrapped 24" wheels that I see them on round these parts...just my .03 on it, but I would never tell someone what to do with their ride.
