Well, its still in the courts and his trial got delayed until the end of August! He got charged with DUI, careless driving, failure to stay in lane, failure to provide insurance, etc.

Just reading this, Im very happy you came out of the wreck alive.

When traveling in a friends car the night before thanksgiving a lexus SUV driven by a 17 year old girl with her 26 year old boyfriend blew a stop sign and hit my side of the car, not highway speed but enough to total the car and hit us down the road sideways. my neck hasnt been the same since. Some of the spectators on the street said the girl driving looked drunk but her parents got there asap and didnt let her speak to anyone. we also didnt pursue bc at the time me and my friend were underage and had some alcohol (didnt drink yet, on our way to a friends get together). but over 7 years later not a day goes by where my neck doesnt have a kink.



Anyway back on subject. if the bid stays low, the price is good enough to just grab something like the rims to put some winter tires on.
