Generally yes. I have a lund 91 octane tune, with JLT CAI and Borla S Type.
I need to do some data logging to get it truly dialed in, but there was definitely an improvement after installing it.

With a tune you're talking tenths at the most. The car feels all around strong. I equate it to a weight lifter that only does upper body. Stock this car was strong up top. With the tune it fills in down low, in the middle, and up top is still powerful. The car is the equivalent to a 'full body' strong. The legs match the upper body. So does the car feel faster? Yes, when I'm getting traction a tune is a noticeable bump in power, nothing like FI tune though.

I have a livernois 93 Oct and their intake.

JLT, O/R Headers, and Lund. Under WOT, the car is unquestionably quicker than stock. Occasionally get some weird hesitation when running the car nice and easy, but that is usually right after a cold start. After about 10 minutes, the car drives like stock around town. Been meaning to data log to straighten that out (Lund has asked me to, just have not gotten around to it).
