So pissed I ordered the cj lowering springs and steeda bushing kit for my mustang. The ups driver left the package in front of my apartment door on Friday, when I got home guess what it wasn't there. Why would u leave the package outside when you can clearly see that the building doesn't have any doors. Anyone walking on the sidewalk can see inside and walk in whenever they want. What can I do ?

Have it sent to another address next time? I've had this happen with an item and it ended up that the driver left it at another address, it showed up 8 days later. Sorry to hear Thai, start with ups.

Had the same happy to me last month. Ups claims they drop it here but there Gps show there truck never stop in front of my house. And I still never got take package. Now I have a claim with ups and they will never drop and leave a package at my house without a signature. I had to change my address and there change me $6. Some bullshit I'm the one that never received the package and now I'm the victim.

You can request to not have your package delivered and leave it at the distro center for pickup. In the future just call the 800 number with your tracking and set it up.

In the mean time, file a claim.

happens to me all the time, call ups and they will "track" the package and where it is. it takes awhile but every time they have been able to find it for me. it always comes down the the driver not paying a attention and delivering to the wrong apartment.
one time they lost a $10k order of mine that was on 3 different PALLETS! it took almost 2 weeks to find it... but they did.

I've had UPS leave an expensive and one-of-a-kind item, in a large cardboard box, leaning against the door of my residence. It was obviously still there when I got home, but I swore off UPS after that incident.

If the shipper doesn't request/require a signature or you don't request a hold, they are supposed to leave it. What else would you have them do?

I have all my packages held either at the UPS hub or a local UPS Store. Not a fan of their erratic delivery schedule not to mention, leaving packages in full view of the street.

I called and they said they will investigate that it can take 8 business days. I've never had a problem ussually all packages require signature. I contacted cj ponyparts all they said was ask your neighbors and call ups. Wasn't too happy with that answer and customer service. I am waiting to see what's going to happen.
