Oh I completely agree. It makes the company look terrible, and that's why most places will attempt to make it right. I just meant that the company doesn't HAVE to.That's pretty terrible customer service. I've had this happen to me a couple of times and every time the retailer shipped a replacement immediately and opened a case with the shipping company.
