American Muscle vs CJ Pony Parts vs Hypermotive

I am looking to buys mods and as you know, once you start, you cat stop! I was wondering who to go through. I see CJ and American Muscle as bigger companies but jayman33 from hypermotive is pretty active on the forums. Any advice on past experiences? Thanks.

I have bought from all of them, best experience has been with CJs. None have been bad, but CJ gets parts out to me quickest and they have loyalty points.

The only vendor I have done business with so far is beefcake and it was nothing short of wonderful. I will be doing business with Steeda soon for wheel hop correction and from everything I've read, they are great to work with as well. Depends on what you want as to who you do business with. I've already got my own personal list of vendors that I will not spend money with here.

Hypermotive and Lethal have great pricing and service. Haven't had any experience with CJ Pony Parts, but have talked to Bill on a few occasions and he was very nice and knowledgeable. American muscle is the largest distributor in the community.

Bought from American Muscle and CJ. I Didn't have a good experience with CJ. They shipped my order missing parts and no manual. I had paid for 2 day shipping to give me an additional day before an install appointment with a shop. This was EXTREMELY frustrating. I didn't get the missing parts for another week and a half. Dealing with cust service and the supervisor was horrible. I had to be very insistent that they refund my expedited shipping fees...never again.

Cj doesn't seem to have the best prices, at least for the items that I have looked at. But I trust them more and they ship much quicker. Im sure with a forum discount their price ll get close to what you ll pay somewhere else.

I'm not going to lie, I'm quite proud to even be mentioned in the same sentence with AM and CJ.

I will say this about us, we are small and we're less than 3 years old. For other vendors, lethal, Beefcake, CJ, AM, LMR and many more that I'm missing.... we'll all bend over backwards to make each and every customer happy. Goof ups happen and shipping issues come from time to time but I'll say that every company mentioned will do whatever it takes to make it right.

Like I mentioned, we're pretty small with a small team. We're all veterans as well which I'm extremely proud of with me still being Active Duty Army.

Either way, you just made my day for putting us into the same sentence with two very good vendors.
