I should mention that the first time I requested the brochure through their website, I put in my email and selected to join their newsletters and offers etc.
When I first did it, I got a confirmation email that i was enrolled for the offers but I never got the cashback.
I signed up again a few weeks later through the form i posted on the first page and I got the $750 immediately so maybe that's the trick
