Any news on when Ford will start taking orders for the 2016 GT350s?

Was at a dealer last night and would have been able place the order according to the the sales person I was working with.

Going to start shopping for 2016 to order tonight after work. If I can find a dealership to get in my price range I will have one on order. Not holding out hope though that they will.

I wonder if the salesperson really submitted the order to Ford though.... I have been told end of May but didn't know if that was accurate.

My impression was if I was ready to go they would have submitted it. Now who knows what goes on in the background.

I've been working with my local dealer on placing a 2016 order and was in today to get details in place i.e. X plan and direct offer, but they were unable to place my order at this time. They "prepped" it, but they are telling me that the actual order banks won't be open until the end of the month, the 28th to be exact.

I'm just guessing but maybe Ford is waiting until tomorrow when the new Camaro comes out.

Also the Order Guide with so many TBDs is incomplete:shrug:

I'm ready to go when Ford is. Ordering my 2016 TY GT Premium PP.

Looking forward to my new fun to drive DD.

I've got a question. When does the x plan need to be used? When you order the car or when you receive it?

I too am on hold only due to which color to go with. Either TY or CO GT premium convertible with performance package. Open to any other suggestions on options.

When pricing out the VOC sheet shows the X Plan price for the car and options . The dealer said the X Plan pin gets used when picking get up the car.
