No luck after some semi extensive searching, but for anyone that put switchbacks in (most typically from Diode Dynamics), how does the signal indicator now blink?

It's a double blink without the resistor. They are still working on the plug and play resistor, that is what I am waiting for

It only double blinks on the inside of the car. It doesn't bother me at all. Outside of the car is normal.

I just installed mine last night and noticed the double-blink inside the car.

I would have waited if I knew it was going to operate that way. It's annoying.

It has a normal blink rate on the exterior of the vehicle, but does make a galloping sound on the interior. It's not your typical "hyperflash" blink rate

With that being said, we are working on the plug and play resistor harnesses for the 2015+ Mustang.

If you don't wish to wait for the plug and play version:

Wire colors for 2015 Mustang turn signals are:

DRIVER: Black, Blue
PASS: Black, Yellow

Thanks,
Nick C.

I can wait for the plug & play harness.

Will those be shipped to customers that have already purchased the LEDs?

I'm sure you'll have to pay for them first

The resistor harness will have to be purchased separately, as it would if it were available now.

I don't have an expected retail price, but we always keep it reasonable

Thanks!

Guys, if you don't like the double blink sound just turn up your radio. It blinks perfectly normal outside the vehicle.

I get it as I'm sure most people do.

It's disappointing to purchase parts and find out there is a negative side-effect that wasn't discussed or advertised.

Seems like the fix to make the light swap a true plug & play swap will be coming shortly.

I was initially thinking I had to get the resistor as soon as it was available, but I've grown so that I really like the galloping sound it makes. No way I'm changing it - just something else that is different on my car from everyone else's.

We've discussed the blink rate numerous times on the forum, and in our How-To video. We've done our best to make it known to 2015+ owners that it will create the galloping sound without added resistors.

The 2015 Mustang will not hyperflash with LED turn signals installed

To be fair, if you read the part description before rushing to click order it's right there on their website in the product description.

"Due to the circuit design of the 2015 Mustang, you do not need resistors to slow down blinking speed. Your indicator in the dash will blink at a different rate, but your exterior turn signals will always blink at the standard speed. (see video)"

Their videos advertised make this a known fact too. Dunno how you claim it wasn't discussed or advertised.
