To be fair, if you read the part description before rushing to click order it's right there on their website in the product description.

"Due to the circuit design of the 2015 Mustang, you do not need resistors to slow down blinking speed. Your indicator in the dash will blink at a different rate, but your exterior turn signals will always blink at the standard speed. (see video)"

Their videos advertised make this a known fact too. Dunno how you claim it wasn't discussed or advertised.
I ordered mine December 1st of last year and just did the install now while my fender guards were removed from the car.

I do not recall seeing that back in Nov/Dec. If it was there then my mistake.

I apologize for any confusion, but I assure you and everyone else, we are working very hard on plug and play resistors for the 2015 Mustangs

We have a lot of cool stuff coming out soon

I'm perfectly fine with the blink rate. It's really no big deal (in my opinion, of course). Barely noticeable.

Regardless it's just sound, function is 100%.

You can also get the resistors. I doubt they'll be very expensive.

If the bilnker had made that sound from the factory would it have bothered you?

I think the factory sound is lazy and slow, I actually prefer the faster rate.

The rate is irregular which indicates that a bulb is out or there is an electrical problem.

If the auto industry did not establish an irregular blink rate to be associated with a problem I may not have minded or even noticed.

It was the first thing I noticed when testing and I immediately thought something was wrong and went looking for the problem.

Diode had a fix coming soon.

Our production team is working hard to get the factory connectors molded. It's a very tedious and time-consuming process, but we are working on it.

Most vehicle connectors are mass produced, so they are available from directly from the manufacture

That's not the case for the 2015+ Mustang turn signal connectors. It's only available through Ford directly, (not to mention very very pricey!)

I'm thinking the resistor they are talking about is the separate module you have to purchase, and that there is no inline resistor coming, if I read the previous posts correctly. Very sad as I am wrong and we get an all in one package here. I hate the idea of taking a knife to my car even if it's the wiring!

Is Diode Dynamics doing an inline resistor for the Mustang switchbacks or not? Please clarify.

Thanks!

Agreed. I'd do switchbacks if I didn't have the double blink inside. I know it doesn't bother some, but unfortunately I'm not one of those people. I'd go bonkers.
