Why sell PP wheels?

I'm noticing a decent supply of almost new PP wheels for sale in classifieds. I'm curious as to what folks are switching to and why.

I swapped out wheels just because I wanted a different look than all the other pp cars. I still have my pp wheels in the garage.

I bought a new set with TPMS for $1300. I get compliments all the time about my wheels. To answer your question, the guy I bought them from had a set of Boss wheels he put on his S550.

I bought new ones so I could run a wider tire

Love the PP wheels. Can't fit a 315 on the rear with them. Bought rims that could. Problem solved.

I replaced it due to the weight. A set of same size tsw bathurst replacement saved 46lbs over the stock PP wheel.
