Storage compartment in doors

What do you guys store here? Mine are pretty much empty. Had a ice scraper in there over the winter. Other than that I haven't found a good use for them. (napkins are in glove compartment).

I keep a microfiber towel in the drivers door for light dusting, spills and times when rain gets on the panels when you open the door.

I put my wallet in there mainly, sometimes I'll stick the mail in it if I pick it up on my way out....

it is my temporary trash bin.

Any receipt, or candy wrapper, or red bull can goes there. then almost every time i exit the car, I grab whats in there and throw it away.

I can't understand people who leave trash in their car for days and weeks.

Thanks all! I'll definitely do a bottle of water in each door and a micro fiber cloth. I also have a small 8 oz. bottle of interior cleaner I will keep there for those times when I'm out waiting on the wife and need something to do.

i keep my bottle of water in the trunk, upright in the cargo net, along with some minor stuff, like a funnel in a zip loc bag, a bottle of 5w20 oil, tire pressure gauge, flashlight, and a tire inflator. my rags are in the trunk too, along with my oem floor mats.

I guess I'm weird, I don't keep anything in them. Hardly anything in my glove box, console or trunk either as I don't like hauling around unnecessary weight. My work is less than 5 miles distant though so I can see having certain things if you commute a long distance daily. Now if I could just keep the junk out of my own trunk. ;)

I have sunglasses, adj. screwdriver, swiss army knife, Allen wrench set, work gloves and a deck of cards in mine.....yeah cards lol. The more "car" stuff is in the center console or trunk. Tire pressure checker, water, antifreeze, oil, jumper cables etc etc
