This really dresses up the interior of the 2015

Done in house on OEM parts.

We try to stock parts ready to go and we have some of each as of now.

All parts are prepped, primed, base coated, dipped, cleared and buffed for a high gloss finish.
By using OEM parts fit is perfect and easy.

Personally I'd rather see some of the "chrome" pieces hydro dipped since they can be so blinding at times from reflecting the sun. Door handles, door pulls, steering wheel inserts, etc. There's an entire thread on how blinding these pieces can be so I know I'm not the only one that would like to see this.

Do you do a exchange of the dipped parts for my stock parts or do I have to ride around without a center console for a week or so?

hey man i got a quote for the front lip, sideskirts, and rear plastic piece on the car in carbon fiber from a local place. they told me 1100-1400...is that normal? seems rediculous

for that price i could just buy real carbon fiber pieces...

You can send it in and be without it or we do have a "Buy Back" Program.

We will work up a price quote on the new parts and an offer to purchase your stock parts. Typical offer is 50% of dealer's retail cost per part. Remember most of the cost of a Hydrocarbon part is the process itself. If you like the offer, simply order your parts and when you receive and install them, return the stock parts in the same box. As soon as we get them, we will inspect them and send you a check for the agreed upon amount. This offer is extended to any past JLT Hydrocarbon customers as well.

Those are big parts and can be a PITA to do, but remember, it's all near the ground and will chip easy. Go real for low parts like that. IMO

Thanks

Nice looking parts Jay! Are you sanding the center console smooth first, or is there still a texture to it after the hydrodip?

How do these parts hold up (wear/tear)after they are done?

It's paint, so it holds up as well as the outside of the car.
Drag something sharp across it and it will scratch, but so will the stock textured finish.
