Something is still not right with this statement. The parts diagram for the Borla Touring and S-Type shows the axle-back exhaust portions are the same, the only difference in the systems is the resonator vs. x-pipe. But the FRPP versions both have x-pipes, so the differences there must be from the axle back.We did receive confirmation that the borla touring and S types is identical to the FRPP touring and sports. We talked to both FRPP and Borla on this matter however, we have noticed slight tone differences between the two.
We've sold a few touring from Borla and about 40 FRPP touring setups, we've only received 1 review that had drone.
If we can help, just let us know!
I emailed Borla on this trying to get an answer to which of the systems is louder and got back that he hadn't heard the FRPP version so he couldn't tell me. Certainly it shouldn't be rocket science to get someone from Borla to explain which of their systems is louder? :shrug:
