stock, which is 3" and 2 1/4" at the duals, its the stock system just removed resonator box and mufflers

not to me, I don't think the drone is bad or that its too loud, has a good acceleration note.

But ive ran full 3 inch turbo back and open downpipe setups on a few cars so my loud might not be anyone else's loud, I thought all the aftermarket exhausts were quiet as a mouse, way too muffled, except for the stainless works.

still having the cat on mine I would say its less, but I am sure a catted DP on this setup would be rather loud. am not getting much popping either, like going down hill staying at 4k rpms in gear riding it out I just get exhaust note, my other cars would be popping pretty much the whole time, might be the same with this setup with no cat however. I tried taking a couple vids driving but the phone doesn't pick it up so well.

MRT's downpipe says its 3" to 2 1/4" to fit the OEM catback so I think the stock system is 2 1/4" the whole way so I would think going to a 3" straight pipe setup might be a bit louder.

It necks down to a single 2.5" entering the resonator, then goes to dual 2 1/4. The 2.5" single part is the restrictive piping size, not the 2 1/4 duals. Those factory mufflers must KILL power though

I absolutely LOVE the exhaust note of the SRT4. Hopefully I could get this car to sound close to that.

I've always liked the SRT4 exhaust note too. I'd be completely happy with it.
