In general, it seems as though Forgestar, HRE, etc. doesn't have very much concavity to their front wheels for the S550. The rear wheels also aren't super concave like they are on say, the 370z's or other cars that have a lot of room in the back.

Can any of our sponsors or vendors speak to the issues with achieving a more concave front wheel and where the issues are. Is it the 6 pot Brembo's that are causing the higher offsets needed or just the hub placement and how the geometry is on the S550?

I really love how the rears have at least some concavity on the F14's and FlowForms but the fronts really don't match with a flat face to me. Just wondering if there are some more aggressive fitments that aren't that stupid hellfrush garbage that could be viable to get some more concavity to the front. Any input is appreciated.

It comes down to the offsets and the brake clearances needed.

I have deep concave F14's front and back with PP brakes. They dont offer the correct offset on the super deep version.

I'd really like to run a super deep concave style at least on the rear. Your car looks great Caustin! I was hoping I wasn't going to run into this issue after the S2000, wheels for that were a nightmare. I ended up with BBS LM's because of the lack of concave options.

These just make me drool.

Depending on the wheel you can obtain a good concave design front and rear.

For example

HRE FF15 wheels will have a concave design front and rear.

Forgestar wheels have a deep concave front and rear as well.

I have found the proper fitment for the Ag wheels in a 20x10 all around to clear the Gt and GT pp calipers ( concave front and rear)

So there are options you just need to find the proper style you desire, as for a super deep concave the reason that doesn't work is you need a very very low offset which causes the wheels to poke out which in turn causes you to either need to stretch the tire, mod the body or just rub on the quarter panel which to me is a big no no.

Either way any questions you have feel free to pm them to me ill answer anything any concerns you may have on your mind.

I'd like to see the 20x11 Super Deep Concave in the +44, that's about as close as it's going to get for what they offer. Ideal rear is what, +50? So that's pretty close.

20x11 Et 50-55 depending on the brand so thats 6 mm more aggressive and most guys are pairing this with a 305 or 315 tire so its a tough fitment unless you add in much more camber.

I am going to go with the TSW Bathurst's in Gun Metal. I am getting 20x10/20x11 for my '15GT PP.

You can see the 10" wheel in this thread and see the concavity. Those will be on the front of my car (with a 5mm hubcentric spacer) along with the 11's out back. This will give me the deep concave upfront to match the back as well.

I'd really like a 315 at least. 325's just don't seem like they are going to work and 305's are sort of what I would settle for if I had to. *sigh*

Very nice... those look amazing. I can't wait to see what it looks like with the 11's and how everything fits. I need to keep an eye out for when you get those mounted.

You can fit a 315 on the rear without any issues on these rides, just the proper alignment thats all.

Think im gonna do a 20 x 10, 40 offset bathurst square setup as well, just trying to decide which tires. Hopefully Paul gets some in soon!

I went fairly concave in the back...

19x10.5 +35

They have a BIT more poke than I wanted, but they really sit a lot better than I mentally had envisioned. Lowering it should help take care of the mental things I find wrong with it.
