I think the rods will hold the power we're all around right now, but it'll be interesting to see how far they can be pushed with a big turbo. I'd be more worried about the pistons myself. The Focus ST guys are over 400+ whp on those engines and they're holding together well, so I'd guess the 2.3 would too.

I don't trust anything but the crank.

Like we did with our other vehicles, we tend to perform all this R&D on our own vehicles before attempting any 'experiments' on our customers' rides. This is how at least for us, have managed not to blow anything up. :)
I have only heard good things about your tunes and service. As long as you don't blow up someone's car and leave it on the side of the road (on fire) with no compensation. Like another that I'm sure you know of by the name of that in which we do not speak. ;)

Estimate on protuning for adding CAI, FMIC kit, and TBE?

I ain't no "biscotti." (Inside Joke!)

No estimates yet until I proof the calibration on the road and maybe around a drift course! I don't know what AVO or CoBB's schedule on the parts are, but they would probably post something up in a separate thread soon. I will say looking @ JerseyDevil's post about the ATM FMIC, now those results would be interesting. :)

I about to splurge on an intake IC and catch can. Will the Stage 1 93 Cobb tune handle the intake and IC upgrade?

Yes, but you'll get a bit more power if you go custom tune with those parts. Also, Cobb will have different stage tunes that cover intakes, IC's etc. once they release those parts.

I would like to try that ATM FMIC, but will be going with the Full-Race one.

That wasn't you I hope...

Yeah, I talked to Geoff @ SEMA last year, his stuff looked great! The ATM product looks promising and I'm sure the likes of CoBB and AVO would be nothing less than exceptional as well!

Still, I wish they'd hurry up a bit. :)

Cheers!

It wasn't me. I fell victim to FA20Toni lol.

I'm going to try and buy local first if possible.

"biscotti" I was about to say "I get that reference!" before I saw the link posted. I used to lurk entirely too much at ft86club, and saw a bunch of guys get taken early on by shady people.

Nice looking results so far :)

Thanks. I hope our work there would reflect what we'd do for the EB stang here! :)

Cheers!

With no experience in modding a car, I was wondering with the high torque from some vendors after 2 weeks the Mustang in the shops. I know that the EcoBoost engines are nice toys and very good engines. But I like to drive my car a little bit longer so I am going safe - I hope - with COBB and FFTEC.
