I'm going to be ordering with beef tonight for my exhaust. It seems like they shared the best pricing on everything so far and they also have answered all my questions. For those of you who already have your systems, I'd like to hear your thoughts on these systems

SW hpipe

ARH catback

Magnaflow comp

Corsa extreme which is last because their pricing isn't as well priced as their sound (IMO)

if only those 4. I would pick corsa. I personally don't care for sw design and don't care for arh/magnaflow sound compared to what else is out there. my opinion of course.

Exhaust is so tough, it's like saying, blondes are better than red heads.

Personally I love red heads, but I've seen blondes that knock my socks off lol.

Best gauge is to go from you've seen in videos and go with your first impression.

You really can't go wrong with any of them.

You have some different midpipe setups too. SW and ARH are h-pipe and Magnaflow and Corsa are X-pipe.

H-pipe will have a more "traditional" muscle car idle/growl and the the X-pipe will be a bit more mid/high tones and/or raspy.

Personally I'm going for an H setup as I want that deep traditional V8 musclecar sound/idle. I'm leaning more toward ARH than SW these days though but have to pull the trigger sometime as well.

I just ordered the MAK 3" cat delete and Magnaflow Comp cat-back. She should sound nasty.

You really can't make these engines sound bad, so a lot of it is personal prefference. Do you like it loud and raspy or deep and throaty?

It's killing me, you just see so many people hopping back and forth. Like beef said you might like your red heads but the occasional blondes will rock your world too.

It's really a matter of spending the money right the first time. We're talking 1000+

I don't mind spending the extra 3-500 if it's the right one.

Thanks guys! And thanks beef

you'd be surprised and dumbfounded. I have guys that have order 3-5 exhaust systems "searching" for that sound.

Kinda like getting married 3 - 5 times.... :)

All of my thoughts regarding my ARH H-pipe are in my ARH thread.

Regarding your listed options:

I think ARH and SW are fairly similar, but would take the ARH for a few reasons (tone, volume, possible difference in quality).

Corsa sounds good IMO, but I’d want to hear it in person before buying. I just can’t tell how deep it actually is.

Magnaflow Comp. series - I was originally considering this setup but am so glad I didn’t get it after hearing KCTom’s MF and SW clips back to back. It sounded much quieter than I was expecting. If you want volume, cross this one off your list immediately.

The magnaflow comp is fairly loud in person, drones a decent amount as well. All the ones listed seem to sound much different from each other in person.

I personally love the H.

It's what I'm running. If I'm giving a vote it would be the SW or ARH h setups

Beef, have you heard both in person? If so, what are the differences in sound/tone/volume?

so far i'm leaning towards the SW for the burble and it just sounds meaner in videos. however, i know how exhausts can sound different in person so....

I just pulled the trigger on ARH h-pipe. I think, at least from videos and others have said, the sound is fairly similar between the 2. Perhaps the ARH is actually a touch louder.

Both the ARH H pipe and Corsa setup sound awesome yet different. ARH is not as loud and lower in tone, Corsa is a little louder and has a slightly higher pitch.

we haven't installed the ARH locally, so I couldn't give an honest "in person" compared to the SW to say which is louder.

both def have a great tone

Cat-back or with their headers?
