Hello; watched the delayed broadcast of the last race Friday. Not too much to comment on in terms of importance. Several interesting bits, however.
Max screwed up big time. I do not quite understand why the rebroadcast last night had to show the entire red flag event of around 40 minutes. i do miss being able to record the races as I would have FF thru the red flag scenes.
I got a chuckle out of the TV commentators saying LH is normally a clean driver except for an incident with Max a few years ago. Revisionist history. I could not make out what LH was saying on race radio. I did see a report earlier n the week that he apologized for such.
I keep trying o imagine what goes thru his (LH) mind as he runs behind a MB this season. That Antonelli is closing in on a possible first season championship in the seat he (LH) abandoned must hurt.

Lando's win is a better outcome for him.

I noticed the talk was this is the last race at this track. Have not heard why. I get it is like Monaco and is hard to pass a quick car but looks like it would be fun to drive on.

Stewards gave a pass for 3 drivers ignoring red light at pit exit. I wonder if because they could have successfully claimed they had a resonable fear that Hamilton would have plowed into them.

Hamilton had ended his, Raikkonen race an damaged other cars when he plowed into Raikkonen who was stopped for the red light in Canada.

What do you think of Max taking on 100 karters at Silverstone? He'll start last and says he will pass all 100 of them. Sounds like a bad idea. Rare, but people do get killed kart racing. And supposedly none of them will be experienced karters, but rather celebrities, etc..

Expect a worse miss-match than this clip from a charity race between various company's employees and families when one "family member" happens to be a runner up national champion. And these are just ~10 HP concession karts:

LoL I had forgotten who some of the Miller Brewing team members but one was a retired sprint car racer named Passarrelli. What a great name for a racer.
