Hello - So today I was looking around my trunk area and noticed I gained a chip on my tail light housing probably from loading something into my trunk.

Aside from replacing the tail light (maybe one day), is there any touch up paint solution that's known to work on the housing?

I would say just about any gloss black enamel carefully applied would minimize the appearance.

I used Ford touch up paint code UA on chips on my lower grill. It's a perfect match. It's an Ebony not a black. Ebony is blacker than universal black.

Thanks - That might be the way to go since I can get that paint code from Dr. Color Chip. I already have their touch up kit for my Carbonized Grey body paint.

if it was mine, I'd try a sharpie first. then if not happy move to some paint product.
done the sharpie trick on a few old rides.

I've used a Sharpie to touch things up. The issue with that is the black is not that deep. It has a blueish tint to it. Also it's alcohol based and can be affected by some cleaning products. Ask me how I know.
