I installed the Ford performance mach 1 active exhaust upgrade on my car today. I paired it with a Roush Xpipe and had it all welded up . The kit came with all necessary parts hardware and hangers including diffuser and rear valance. The valance needs to be changed to allow for larger 5" tips that come on mach 1 exhaust. The sound is absolutely amazing in sport mode and absolutely screams in track mode. Not to mention it looks bad ass.

Looks great! I literally just did the same thing on mine. I got the kit that has everything in your picture except the exhaust. I decided not to get the exhaust because I have the active exhaust.

And My Roush H pipe just came in too! You should post a sound clip when you get a chance, I would love to hear that Mach 1 exhaust!

Here is mine, I edited out my license plate if it looks funny lol I also added the RTR winglets to it because I have the RTR front lip and side skirts.

What did the kit cost?
The kit was $1580 from LMR. Plus 225 freight. I did see you could get it through ford for $1740 delivered to your dealor with no freight. The roush X pipe was $225 and I paid to have exhaust welded together and installed. That was $300. I put the bumper valance and diffuser on myself.

Wow just realized it sold out again through Ford. I waited almost 5 months for this system to become available. I happened to see that LMR had it and I emailed asking if they physically had it in stock. They did and that's why I went with them to purchase. Two days after I purchased it, I got an email through ford accessories it was now available. I had my name on a waiting list. This is a Very popular item apparently. I can see why. This system is AWESOME. When it's on quiet mode it's as quiet as can be but when your on-track mode it absolutely screams. The tone in normal and sport mode sounds so Good. Trying to record a sound clip does no justice for how it actually sounds. If you're looking for an exhaust sound upgrade, you cannot go wrong with this system. It looks awesome too.

I'm looking to replace the ones on my M1 due to damage to the tips incurred by the carrier that delivered it to me. The dealer that I purchased it from gave me a refund for the OE cat-back part#, but shipping costs were $800+. Since you can't see the damage, I figured that I'd just live with it, but every time I wash the car I'm reminded that it's there.
I've since purchased the Steeda H-pipe. I'm guessing these that you bought will connect right up to the H-pipe? If yes, then I'm in at half the cost of the cat-back setup.

The steeda x pipe will bolt up in place of your factory resonator. The Xpipe is all you need with the stock Mach 1 exhaust. Ford engineers did an amazing time designing this system for sound. It's really nice to be able to switch between quiet mode and track mode if I want to.

Enjoy. I love the Exhaust so much. It makes for a really nice daily driver being able to switch to quiet when you want to be quiet such as early mornings or late nights. Or if a cop shows up behind. Yes I was pulled over for loud exhaust, now I see them and I just flick it to quiet so they can move on to other prey LOL

I have the Steeda H-pipe on it btw. I wonder how the X pipe would sound.

From my experience the Xpipe is a little louder than the H pipe in the S550 platform. It has a little more rasp to it I guess would be the best way to explain it.

Nice, its plenty loud right now with an H-pipe. Haha I bet your Cold starts are even louder than mine.

Cold starts are nowhere near what they used to be. This system is so much tamer then my previous exhaust system. TBH I hated how loud the MBRP was upon start up. It was cool the first time I heard it then it was just annoying. I'm so much happier now.
