Did you read what I bought the mbrp for?

Not a mustang

Not a car

I paid $320 shipped at the time for a turbo back FORD F250 TURBO BACK EXHAUST. Easier if I spell it out? Glad we do live in America, where reading comprehension is iffy at best sometimes.

Tell me more about my math please
Yep, my apologies. That's what I get for reading these posts on my phone vs. ipad. Sorry man.

Thanks. Still torn on what to go with. SW, ARH, MRT, MBRP. I'm tight with my money so the MBRP sounds very appealing, but I also hate purchasing the same product twice which makes it more expensive in the long run. All sound great and I won't keep the car past 5 years....
I am in the same boat. I am going to wait another month or so to see if I can hear these in person before buying. I have SW #1 now with ARH #2.

If making HP/TQ while at the same time having a system with "NO DRONE" then we at ARH are confident we can fulfill those requirements.

Please let us know if we can help out here.

Great to hear.

You know the next question, right . When you mention HP/TQ, are you stating the catback only makes more power over the stock one or a competitors?

Can't the MBRP t409 just be powder coated or does it get too hot and would need ceramic coated? Even considering the cost of coatings the t409 seems like a decent option.

Jet hot coating would be what you want as they jet hot coat headers.

OK guys, I apologize upfront, but I have to vent a little. I been reading about exhaust for days and still have no idea on what to do. My biggest thought is... are headers worth it? All the data I see shows cat back with intake and tune making around 420... With headers 440. Those numbers are great but is 20 horses worth 2000 dollars? I know this been discussed over and over... just frustrated.

If I was sure that I would eventually go FI, then of course I would go with headers but I doubt I go FI.

headers don't cost $2000, unless your talking install too, but even then your more less than that.

headers aren't just for power, but sound as well.

personally, it is one of the first mods that we do on the cars. I always have, and will always love the sound of a car with long tubes
