Took over 2 months, but the new PA vanity plate came in. Such an improvement.

I am on month like 4. I have no idea what PENNDOT is doing with mine.

I changed the oil and filter in my '17 GT vert with Amsoil 5/30 euro and a container of Ceratec. Smooth and quiet.

I think they cashed my check middle of August. I ended up calling a couple weeks ago - got through quick miraculously - and they told me there was high demand and there’s a backlog and it’s scheduled to be processed and sent out on Nov 9. To make things more fun, I renewed my registration yesterday online and the old tag didn’t match. So registered using the vanity plate and it worked. And it showed up today (last thing I wanted was to be pulled over with a plate that didn’t match my registration). Maybe give them a call on Monday. 4 months seems way too long even with the backlog.

Yeah, I will have to do that Monday. I submitted in June and they cashed my check at the end of July.

Picked it up (yesterday, to be specific). 2020 PP2 Premium, Recaros, Active Exhaust, Safe and Sound pack. Just rolled 11k miles this morning.

I never look on Carmax/Carvana, but read about another PP2 getting picked up two weeks ago from Carvana. Last Friday I went on myself and saw this gem listed. Carmax listed it on cars.com as a '6 MANUAL' so it didn't hit my search filter. It was reserved at first but went back up the next day, so I took the opportunity. I was starting to consider looking at Mach 1 HPs but this was a lot nicer to my wallet.

I got rid of a 2009 BMW 135i last fall, which I tracked for 7 years. This will be something I take out on weekends and to NJMP and VIR, twice or three times a year. Happy to finally be part of the club!

(Yesterday) patiently waited for Amazon to deliver a new posh 11mm deep socket, to use with my brothers posh torque wrench, to fit my new posh valves (into my new posh wheels lol) :

The socket, torque wrench and valves might be posh, but those valve stem covers are decidedly "un-posh" :cwl:

I knew (and wondered) when someone would get me on that … lol

They are place holders, the stems came with engraved BC caps, but I will transfer over my existing caps when they are fitted :

Very posh 😂
But not quite as posh as the (estimated) 1.2 million £ car they are currently sat at the side of …

I don’t know the owner of that car, it was just in the same garage that have put my tyres on for me (don’t ask me where - it would be unwise of me to post the whereabouts of something that valuable online).

A very interesting and ‘quirky’ car. It’s the second singer I have had the pleasure of having a good look over - they have lots of really nice details, that aren’t necessarily picked up at first glance, or from a photo :sunglasses:

Nice, another PP2 owner, not many of us. You did save 10-15K probabaly on the pp2. I had a M1 before my PP2.
