@FreeSpirt, I keep microfiber towels in low heat until dry....depending on size, could be 30-60 minutes depending on load size. They still feel the same to me. I have an air cannon, so I only towel dry when doing rinseless wash and on those days, I do both cars, meaning a lot of towels, like 30 or so, counting the Rag Company Edgless 450/500 for the actual wash of one per panel, and then about 4-8 drying towels per car.

I only have 2 drying towels for my car so my loads aren't much, wash mitt, wash pad, 3 microfibers for misc stuff like buffing the drying aid after it's applied with the drying towel, 3 mini drying towels for the wheels, 2 window rags etc. Also yay and ehh. Got my buckets from Adams, 1 lid is scuffed and 1 has a cut in it pretty deep too. Sucks because I like perfection but not worth returning because I'll inevitably end up scratched and singing up the lids myself from stacking buckets in each other etc. nothing that should matter though.

Fuck me, battle scars on my car lmao. Went thru a drive thru this morning after my last experience months ago ending with burns on my manhood from them accidently dumping burning hot hot chocolate onto me. Well today was worse. Dead tree sticking out into the drive thru I didn't notice until BAN. Fender to rear bumper mirror fucked up too. Scratches the entire side of the fucking car. Here are some highlights. They told me they can't even give me a phone number either until I call the police so I'll be doing that friday. Think a nice car wash will fix this or am I fucked and needing a repaint for atleast 2 panels probably the mirror too. Oh and the car was clean when I parked it. Sitting in the back lot of my work it gets dirty FAST. Might have to get a cover or something

Ps, really hoping this will "wash off" but wiping it with my finger on the smallest/lightest scratches and they didn't disappear so I don't have high hopes.

Man, that sucks big time. Hopefully, the scratches can be buffed out. Do you happen to own a buffer/polisher? I am determined to never use any kind of drive-thru again. The last two times resulted in curb rash on my wheels. I just had them repaired for the second time. Who the heck builds a drive-tru with a sharp turn and high curbs on both sides?

The quarter panel and mirror definitely aren't buffing out 😭. Very upsetting

Anyone know the best way to remove mold blotches on rubber door moldings? My wife's challenger has stains on trim. Thanks!….
