I wont get rid of my Shelby, no chance of that, but I do have an attorney on standby in the event while I have this car something happens to the car, me or an MVA which might be due to this mystery issue that cannot be solved as it seems.
Mine has this as well, from reading other posts online someone said it was the exhaust slightly rubbing at full lock, he fixed it by tightening the mounts for the exhaust.

I have not cared enough to look into it , but it does happen every time I go out of my driveway and turn. Might be something someone has mentiond, idk.

The Exhaust would not make vibrations on the firewall or pedals. If you watch my video you can clearly hear it, its not exhaust.

But again you have to see when you get to the dealership if the issue is still present, if not, then hopefully its solved. But this post will still be here hoping to one day figure this out.

Yeah it's definitely not the exhaust I'm thinking it's the sterring shaft, what's your thoughts?

I've gotten it back and it still does it! They have a choice either tell Ford they heard it or come to my job and see for themselves it's still not fixed.

I’m not sure what your deal is but it doesn’t matter to me. Check the k member, don’t check the k member. I’ve got thousands of hours on a rack, can’t even say how many cars I’ve sectioned and put back together. Not one has ever left a shop I owned with a suspension noise. You stated repeatedly the majority of these cars have this issue. Funny, none of mine have had this issue. Every mustang I have with the exception of my 500 has had the entire suspension out of them, including my R. Actually every vehicle I’ve owned with the exception of my service vehicles have had the suspensions out of them. Almost all from new or less then a few hundred miles. Fix your car, don‘t fix your car, makes no difference to me. One thing is for sure, sitting around typing responses has zero effect in remedying the issue. At some point you put a vehicle on a lift and start going through it mythodically until the issue is found.
It's only happening on yrs 20-22 so yeah if you have an older one that wasn't built during covid maybe you're in the clear, but us having these yrs are having this issue and Ford needs to find out what the issue is and fix it. We spent the money on their cars even with the inflation rate, we want them fixed. I knew, I knew not to trade my anxiety. beautiful 2018 mustang GT coupe in for this but I didn't listen to my gut like a dumb ass. I truly love my blacked out car but, I paid too much for it to be making this noise which really messes with my anxiety.

Its not the steering shaft, I already had it replaced 5x as I have said.

I would have not taken it back, I would have left it after replicating the sound with them in it and ask them how they missed it if you can make it happen with them in it. They had mine from Oct until March and couldn't figure it out the first year, after that the next two years when it would go in for warranty work if some new idea came up I would have them look at it, like the strut bolt, which they said was loose but did not fix the problem after they tightened it and added thread locker to it.

I know but I had to get Ford involved because they said they couldn't duplicate it at the shop. I'm so pissed about this right now I just want to scream.

Looks like I need to get rid of this one but I promise it will not be another Ford! Fuck Ford, if they aren't willing to fix an issue with their cars, I don't need to buy anymore.

I have noticed something interesting. Changed battery, had to reset My Modes. Decided to go from Normal steering to Sport steering as MY Mode. Can t get it to make the pop. So after driving it a few times with no pop I went back to normal just to see. Again no popping (only one attempt). It has dropped down to 40 s in temperature too. Some other may want to try to set the steering mode differently and to sport and see if it changes anything for them. So this last month it has be quiet.?????

Mine is a 2021 GT with the analog cluster so I don't have mymode available. I do Have the 301A package that include the toggle switch. But it does it wether the car is in normal mode, sport or sport plus. Steering on sport too.

I read somewhere something I haven't tried that is checking the steering stops to see if they are making contact with another part at full lock and check of they are worn. Don't know of anybody else tried that here.

The other day I got into a li
