Trunk Fastener? Hook? What is this thing called, so I can order some?

I've attached some pics of the single fastener/nut/hook from my trunk. I'd like to install a cargo net, but I only have one of these bastards. I can't seem to come up with the correct search term to find them anywhere. So, best and brightest, what is this thing called?
