Best $7 spent... Coil covers painted red

Had an hour to kill today and 7 bucks burning a hole in my pocket. I am stoked on the results and equally happy with the look after removing the large intake manifold cover. IMO makes it looks more serious.

Oh it is Dupli-color DE1653 RED. They didn't have 1605 Ford Red. From swatches they look identical.

They come off really easy. They just pop off rubber grommets.

I am finishing up mine this evening. I did duplicolor Ford blue engine enamel. About 4 coats of that. Getting ready to put 2-3 coats of duplicolor clear engine enamel and I will be done!
