I've done a search and did not find any posts in which someone tried a 19" front and a 20" Rear...Curious on thoughts on going this route. Thanks.

I am thinking doing that. It depends more on tires than wheels for me. Trying to find the size tires I want makes it an attractive option.
Agreed...the whole wheel tire thing gives me a migraine.

Wouldn't the mismatched diameters mess up traction control and antilock braking? I think these systems sense the difference in speed of the wheels to trigger action.

Not if you get the right sidewall size. Ie a 19/40/275 is about 27.68 inches tall
A 20/35/275 is about 27.59 inches tall

275cm = 10.837 inches
10.84x.40 = 4.34 x2 = 8.68 + 19 = 27.68
10.84x.35 = 3.79 x2 = 7.59 + 20 = 27.59

A difference of .09 inches. I don't think it will screw with the traction control. It is within set limits designed into the program. I used to run my C6 with 19 fr 20 rr wheels. There is something about a .5 to .9 inch ratio difference allowed.

I thought only left/right mattered if sizes were different. You're only sending power to the back and ABS usually has speed sensors at each wheel and are activated individually...
