My C6 Corvette (shhh!) has a staggered setup (18" front/19" rear) and so did the model before and the one after too. It doesn't look odd.

Super common for us to do it on Corvettes, even done a few on the S550 as well.

I think it looks good on both platforms, its just all comes down to a personal preference.
