Mach 1 Mufflers on GT

I picked up a set of Mach 1 mufflers a couple months ago to put on my 2016 GT and I was wondering has anyone installed a set on theirs, and how does it look (I already have a quad tip valance from when I installed a stock active exhaust, and then the nonactive after losing the other one)

The tips are 1” bigger on a Mach 1/GT500. You would need the rear lower valance installed as well.

That’s what I’ve mainly been seeing, but also I wanted to be kinda unique with it, I have lined it up with the cat back off and it looks like the tips can fit

I did this on my 22. Looks pretty slick. I wanted black tips since i got the car and this completely changed my mind on that. Oh and it sounds awesome with Longtubes and corsa double helix x pipe !

I have the complete valance kit if you end up needing it.

Would that mean that I would have to upgrade to a 18+ bumper, or could it fit on 15-17s?

I also just did the full gt500 catback on mine so same mufflers. It sounds amazing. I in fact tried my stock valance but it’s tight and would end up melting. I ended up getting the MP concepts gt500 valance. Was a lot cheaper. I re used my stock active stuff on the new mufflers. If you don’t have active you will need to secure the flaps however you want cause they would probably move or flap.

It looks good, my question is since I have a 2016, would that valance fit the 15-17 bumper or would I have to upgrade to a 18+ bumper? I currently have a MP Concepts quad tip valance

Stock GT tips are 3.5”. Aftermarket for GT are mostly 4”. Stock Mach1/gt500 are 4.5”. Aftermarket for mach1/gt500 are 5”. As for bumper I would assume the same but never assume. You would have to look at the two
