Please program Gauge Mode in center dash to include Digital Speed Display. This is an important safety feature. I see there is a screen now dedicated to only display distance to empty. This screen can easily be upgraded to show large digital speedo. DTE is also shown on about 3 other screens! Please make dealer update available as most cars included this feature today. Thanks!

BONUS Feature: Show current gear selection (manual) on display as well.

How does it know what gear it's in? They would have to install an algorithm to match rpm, ground speed, load. just another thing I wouldn't want. I put it in gear, I know what gear it's in

Until Ford adds such a feature your MyKey options are:

1. configure a speed warning:

Vehicle speed minders of 45 mph
(75 km/h), 55 mph (90 km/h) or
65 mph (105 km/h). Once you select
a speed, it will be shown in the display,
followed by an audible tone when the
preselected vehicle speed is exceeded.

2. set a maximum speed of 65, 70, 75, 80 MPH

I don't often look at the speedo and go with the flow anyways.. permitting, use cc... after a while you get used to the speed without even looking at the speedo especially in my truck and Audi

I don't see why this is an important safety issue. I can see the safety advantage with HUD, that way you don't need to take your eyes off the road. But if you're looking down anyway, what's wrong with the analog speedo? It seems large and easy to read.

A gear indicator for the manual would be cool.

i agree 100% on this as i cant figure out why it wont allow a digital speedo dead center to see. its actually hard to see the speedo on the right at times

That's if the speedo is calibrated right... My truck shows 4 over the actual speed..... Audi is dead on. So until I see a speed minder on the road, I will have to see if there is an offset

It's not hard to roll your gears lol... do you really need to know what gear you are in when it is there.... if it chugs along... obviously in the wrong gear... more switches and parts to worry about is unneeded. Especially what gear selection you are in... I can understand an auto but not manual

I'd at least like the center info screen to default to the same screen as it was when it was last shut off. It bothers me that I always have to select the view I want. :(

I'm talking about the center screen between the gauges too. I always go to gauge mode, and then have it on the different parameters (cyl. head temp, inlet temp., oil pres.) and always have to select that screen again.
