Big turbo Return style fuel system help!!

Do you even have a fuel filter? The filter is built into the pump assembly on factory single pump cars. However the GT350s and GT500s that have the twin pump setup don't have room for a filter in the pump basket so those cars have a filter in line on the feed line under the car about halfway up in the feed line. If there is no filter or not a proper filter that meets ID filter requirements then your injectors are probably trashed already anyways. Looking at the pictures of that kit doesn't look like it doesn't comes with one. Also not a fan of how they do the power to the pumps on this. Looks like it gets rid of the existing FPDM and adds 2 relays. A better way to do it would be to add a second FPDM just like the factory twin pump cars. I may not be correct on some of my assumptions as I have not seen one of these kits in person, but rather this is based on what I can see on the picture they show for the kits add listing.

Also in regards to the factory feed line size, it's not a restriction that would cause this. We have made a tad over 1000 whp on supercharged GT500s factory fuel system and a bit over 1100 on the factory GT500 fuel system when swapped to twin turbo instead of a supercharger. No BAP either. So the feed line size is not the problem.

This dropping pressing on said kit isn’t anything new. It’s been known to run out of oomph in the 800hp range for blower cars

Based on these results the GT500 supercharger takes about 125 HP from the engine to spin it.

it’s not High up in the rpms like a volume issue. It just simple drops mid pull

I am sure you are right .... but swapping to the DWx2 hat instantly fixed the issue on my car . (also had dual DW 400 pumps in the GT350 hat ) .

Can you post a screenshot of your fuel pressure?

I opted for dual 525 Hellcat pumps in mine and haven't seen any issues yet.
