I don't get the comments I read all the time easier to clean, what's so difficult?

Anyway have a question about the tire. Is the 40 on the side wall the hight of the sidewall. Have cup2s that number is 30.
The PP1 wheels with the multitude of spokes are very time consuming to clean. The small openings also make it hard to get a brush into the barrel for a complete clean.

Compare those wheels to these, cleaning is much easier with a less intricate design.

As for the number 30 or 40 in reference to the sidewall, that number is called the Aspect Ratio -

" The aspect ratio is a percentage. It's the height of the sidewall measured from wheel rim to top of the tread, expressed as a percentage of tire width. In other words, it's sidewall height divided by tire width. In this example, the aspect ratio is 65, meaning the sidewall is 65 percent as high as the tire is wide."

How long does it take to clean a set of painted wheels, start to finish. Just the wheels, not the assembly of brushes and clean up after the event?

On average, I would wash the Mustang once a week. It would take me about 15 - 20 min to do the wheels alone (rinse/clean/dry)

I have had the car since early 2017.

52 (weeks) x 4 (years) = 208
208 (washes) x 15 (min) = 3120 min / 52 hours. 🤪

Quite the math formula, and doesn't sound so difficult............. I guess this wheel would make you want to take weeks vacation after a cleaning. White Diamond aluminum polish, once a year.

New to the site. Just put Shelby CS3's on. Love these wheels.

They look great! Same color pony as mine also. What size tires are you running? I just bought a set and was wondering if you tried to put the factory mustang or any other center cap in and if they fit?

I tried the factory center cap but it won't fit. I haven't tried any others but what came with the wheels.

Tire size are the factory 20in tires. Can't remember the size off hand.
