I was looking at a 15% od balancer. Or would 20 be better? ( 8 rib)
10-15% is all you’ll need. 20% creates clearance issues and is much heavier.

BTW, the Coyote is zero balanced internally. So they use harmonic dampeners, not balancers. :).

Maybe 15/16 psi?
Running a vortech.. going for 700 on pump and 850/900 on e85
16 psi for pump gas is pushing it, even on 10:1, I would stay around 12ish on pump and when you wanna party go with 16psi. Again it's you're car but I wouldn't trust my built motor to hold to long on 16psi and pump. Thats just asking for trouble imo

Yea I'd only run the smaller pulley to make 16 psi on e85, otherwise 10-12 psi on pump ( likely 700hp with a 3.6 pulley)

With the 20% o/d balancer you need a smaller water pump pulley and if you have a stock tensioner it needs to be modified a little. Otherwise no problems

Through Lund- I'd just empty the tank on weekends or when needed for e85
Well I can’t speak for Lund, but it would be super easy to just limit the engine load in the pump gas tune and you wouldn’t have to swap pulleys every time. I’ve done it in my car just experimenting and it works extremely well.
