Does anybody have a TKM built motor? Any issues any problems with the build? How was customer service? They offer a nice coyote package that I'm considering purchasing. I'm going back and forth between RPG and TKM. Thanks

No personal experience, but have read several reviews and don’t believe I’ve seen a negative one.
I going back and forth on what I want to do..I want sleeves for the Insurance. I would love for my car to be 1000 wheel all day long without pushing the limits of the motor. But I love that RPG sells a short block non sleeved that they say can handle 1200hp on the stock block, all day long and it comes with a 12 month warranty. TkM comes with no warranty.

The warranty maybe the nod to get that short block, but it seems, that some builders try the blame game when it comes to using it, if needed. Not saying they are one of those builders only what I’ve read about other LARGER companies.

Yo may wanna seeks advice to from Jackson1320, I think he also sells a stout short block for a bit less. He can also provide some good tech, very knowledgeable.

I want to go with the RPG non sleeved block but I've talked to a guy with a stock coyote block with (rods and pistions)pushing a 1000 wheel non sleeved and he cracked the block right at the head bolts. Got a new stock block same setup, took his heads off and noticed a little antifreeze in oil. He said the head gasket might have been on the way out. Talked to another guy with an aluminumtor block and he said he cracked a head head gasket. Aluminumtor guy was making around 900at rhe wheel. I'm thinking the sleeves with help with the head gaskets cracking. Tighter seal??

If you can squeeze the extra $$ do sleeves. Gotta be real about your goals, I say 800 wheel is good enough for me but the devil within says turn it up! Haha, I don’t wanna build it 2x, I’m either doing. Whipple or Aldo Welds twin turbo, just saving up more coins.

Exactly I don't want to have to go in the bottom end twice.

I have a sleeved Gen 2 Coyote on my Whipple 3.0 Fox Swap. I ran 1000rwhp all last year with zero issues. Kevin was informative and awesome to work with from start to finish. Answered all my questions throughout and his build timeframe was spot on.

How many lbs on boost? I was thinking 10.5 10.1. I have a Vortech V7JT
Do you run E85? You don't have to sacrifice compression like we used to years ago. I run about 19-20psi now, and getting ready to pulley up to 24psi this year.

Wow!!!. I will be on E but I like to daily the car at times. I like to drive the car to Mustang week in SC about a 2 1/2 3 hour drive from me. So I guess I'll have a 93 tune and a E85 tune.
