Probably not as creative or original as Elvis' effort, I came across these at Fanatics.com, Denver Broncos section. I think they don't miss the target completely. They put my chosen number—the one I used back in the racing days—and my Web site URL on the back of the jersey.

Nice ! :sunglasses:

Please could I ask a favour as I see you have a centre cap off ?

Please could you accurately measure the outside diameter ?

And how do they mount to the holder ? Are they just sticky backed ?

Any help appreciated :like:

Cheers,

Diameter is 2 1/8 inch.
It's held in by the 4 legs you see in the second picture.
They are removed by either pushing from behind (wheel off car) or using a small flat blade screw driver to pry it out. Put electrical tape on the screw driver so as not to mar the wheel or cap.

Thank you ! :like:

Do you think the black (front) part would separate easily from the cream (back) part ?

Reason for asking - I was wondering about swapping the badges, but the badges I have seen are essentially self adhesive disks so I would need to reuse the original cream back part :like:

Cheers,

No, it's not 2 pieces. The black is painted and clear coated. The silver pony does pop out though. Which let me paint and cc it to match the car. The wheels are filthy, sorry...

Sorry for the late reply..when I used the wheel Center caps on my engine cover .I used a Dremel tool to grind off the clips so they would fit flush with the engine cover. And yes 3m tape to stick to the engine cover plugs.

Suction device 2565 hanger from Lowe's, to remove Shelby center caps with wheels in place; don't yet know if they will pull OEM caps.:
