Recently purchased a Raceseng Contour shift knob. Added weight was causing very loud rattle from my Barton flat stick above 6k RPMs due to the trans mount. Took a couple hours this morning and swapped the Barton to a body mount. No more rattle above 6k. Now to get her cleaned up for the first Cars and Coffee tomorrow.

I like this set up a lot as I can not install a post lift in my garage. This should work well with my BMR Jacking Rails making it a snap to raise the car.

Replaced the front brake pads with POWERSTOP ones will do the rear later. The brake dust was killing me on the front wheels!!! While had front wheels off cleaned the inside lol OMG nasty with 1300 miles but found that Awesome cleaner from Dollar general works like a dream.

I have never seen a lift setup like that before, can you tell me which it is? I've always wanted to install a lift in my garage but it is too shallow unfortunately.

I have the jacking rails too and works perfectly.

Went for a drive this morning on the country back roads and front wheels still nice and clean !!
Powerstop brake pads did the trick everyone was right of course thanks for the advise
I added a pic of box with part number incase anyone wants to get them
Also I hate to toss stuff out but have no use for the OEM ones if any one wants them let me know the have like 1300 miles on them. Not sure why anyone would but if so hit me up

I like that; very nice. Love the color of your car also.
Thanks. Ruby Red was my first and only choice. The panel And lettering I bought off ebay. $68 for the panel. The catch for a cheap panel is no mounting clips (bare bones) . It took most of the install time just moving clips from the old panel to the new. Also not noted in install videos is the rubber weather seals mounted on your original that either need to me transferred or duplicated on the new panel to assure water tightness in the trunk area.

Installed MGW X-Spec with the flatstick handle and a gripper knob. This thing is buttery smoooth! Also changed out the shift, e brake boots and added a carbon fiber cover for the e brake

The MGW didn't feel right on the 1st day, i felt it was too stiff and felt vibrations on the shift ball. The next day i switched to a flatstick handle and gripper ball. It feels much better now, wow so nice and buttery smooth precise shifts. The slop is gone!
