I’m just curious as to why they didn’t add the new SC’er that’s on its way to me now??
Again I was 2nd maybe 3rd party info almost gossip as this point. We know how stories grow as they get past,

That’s makes sense, maybe they just ordered as a precaution and didn’t need. Thinking about it, I’ll be one of the only ones out there with no engine build signature. I’ll have to see what I can come up with to fix that??

You should get them to remove your signature plate from the original one. I would think pulling a piece of safety wire under it should get it off mostly unscathed.

That's the ticket, get the original, shouldn't be that difficult, it's gonna get removed anyway.

Just swap out the top covers.

Of course, we will never know who actually built the new motor, but at least it went be a blank plate.

I wonder if a well-written letter to Ford Performance asking if they could not only determine who built it but, get the fella to make you a plate and have Noah send it to you.

Now THAT would be a really nice punch in the face to the virus.

I have no idea what decisions Corwin made, or why they made them. I have a great relationship with my salesman but nothing with anyone else there. My car came with several documents from Ford showing it’s a crate engine, mileage etc.
I’ll have to look at the SC when I get it back from PPF and Ceramic to see if it’s an obvious swap. I’d like to think that Ford would send an entire drop in Crate engine for these cars but I’m skeptical.

Is the VIN stamped on the block or is it blank like they do it on the GT350 engine replacements?
